Give your body a wake up call for the entire day with this little workout:

Warm Up

1 minute of light spot runningĀ 

Work Out

30 seconds of high knees to the chest spot running

10 seconds off

30 seconds of jumbing jacks

10 seconds off

30 seconds of body weight squats

10 seconds off

30 seconds of push ups

10 seconds off

repeat one more time and your are good to go.

The Trick:

keep the pace as fast as you can , if you are slowing down dont stop keep going untill 30 seconds are up.

Benefits:

No laziness through out the day. Workout is good for your heart and brain functionality. Burn fat atleast for 13 hrs non stop.

Just make sure to keep your diet clean (small meals and interval healthy snacks)
