Warm Up
1 minute of light spot runningĀ
Work Out
30 seconds of high knees to the chest spot running
10 seconds off
30 seconds of jumbing jacks
10 seconds off
30 seconds of body weight squats
10 seconds off
30 seconds of push ups
10 seconds off
repeat one more time and your are good to go.
The Trick:
keep the pace as fast as you can , if you are slowing down dont stop keep going untill 30 seconds are up.
